Cancellation Policy

Thank you for taking a moment to review the Coastal Scuba cancellation policy.  Note: Dive time departures and destinations are subject to change without notice:-

Cancellation for Single Diver:

Cancellation must be made 48 hours prior to scheduled departure time.  Cancellation made within 48 hours subject to full charge.

Three or More Divers: 

Cancellation must be made 7 days prior to scheduled departure time.  Cancellation within 7 days is subject to full charge.

Group Charters:

Cancellation must be made according to contract.

Deposit will be refunded on any trip we cancel.  We cannot guarantee the clarity of the water or sea conditions.  Our boat captain will always attempt to get you to where you want to go, but the safety of our passengers and the vessel is always the foremost  consideration.  If it is not possible to get you to the primary site, it is usually possible to get you to an alternate site.  In that case you will only be charged for the trip that was actually run, cancellation is not an option.
